Confidentiality is fundamental to the services that are provided by SupportED. However, in some exceptional circumstances, we may pass on information. For example:

  • If we suspect a child or other person may be at risk from harm
  • If a caller is at serious risk of harm, either from themselves or others
  • If a caller threatens or abuses our staff or volunteers

To ensure the quality and consistency of our services, our Development Manager or trustees may listen in to calls and check emails from time to time.
