Theo & Justin’s Fundraiser for SupportED

It’s truly amazing to hear about all the fantastic fundraising efforts underway to help support the vital work we do here at SupportED, this is their story.

Justin and Theo are taking on an incredible challenge, abseiling from the iconic Falkirk Wheel, to raise vital funds for SupportED Scotland, a community eating disorders charity close to all of our hearts.

This will be the first abseil for both of them, and it’s fair to say it’s well outside their comfort zones! But they’re stepping over that edge (literally!) because this cause truly matters to our family.

I’m incredibly proud to be both Theo’s mum and Justin’s wife, and as Co-Chair of the Board of SupportED Scotland, I see first-hand just how desperately these funds are needed. Eating disorders are serious, complex mental health conditions with one of the highest mortality rates of any mental illness. Yet far too many people in Scotland struggle to access timely, specialist, compassionate support.
